They saw me Baggin, They Hattin
Hello devs, one little remarks here about bags.

First thing first, having a bag still look suspicious for passer by and guards and, while not being an handicap, it's still sin't coherent.

Second

I don't know how much a 3.500$ bag of coins (about 20c coins?) but i think this could be heavy.
Even if not necessary, Goons taking this kind of goods should be slowered by this.

About VisionNYX2000, I don't think that one people can move an entire 70s computer by himself.
The best way should be to dismantle it and only taking the most importants parts.

I) If you'd see one of the goons lugging around a massive duffelbag (filled with cash), you'd be suspicious too! In general, the bags are more about being able to transport the loot, than hiding it.

II) We've talked about the goon speed being slowed down while carrying heavy objects (e.g. loot bags or bodies), and may implement this at some point. It's something that would certainly be nice, but not critical, so at this time it's on the backburner.

III) The groundbreaking technology employed in the VisionNYX2000 was so far ahead of its time that a goon can actually fit the console into their inventory. Truly a marvel of its time, shame what happened to it in the end...

I changed the bag to not be suspicious and will test it out. Might make it to the next update.

I understand your point, but there is still a flow in your logic.

It's true that 4 people geting outside a bank with full cash bag could be suspicious.
In the same way, the 3 coins bags in the Arcade Heist should be suspicious too, since the noise it make.

But

What about the Impound heist? How a guard posted outside, whom didn't saw any Goons getting out, should know that the white bag is suspicious?

Plus, you said that the bags can't hide the loot, but, when we think about it, our dear Goons can get inside a Bank with shotgun without being spoted.
And since the bags don't get out of nowhere, it's mean they also have the bags with them at the begining.
(http://www.smbc-comics.com/index.php?id=3645 Well ok, you can have Mathematically Bag Out Of Nowhere, but let's not glitch your game witht that)

So, I think that Goons are well trained to conceal themselves.

It's true that Nixon governement was "Avant Gardiste" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Avant-garde), most people only remember the Watergate, but our dear 37th did a lot more.
With the end of Gold Indexation, he also voted the RICO ACT (let-s-kick-some-maffia-*ss-act) which will be re-used for Patriot Act, and also did his best to end the Vietnam War. He also froze the wages and price (which is mostly a Demo politic while 37th is Rep)
