Kind of inspired by the warehouse level, I thought it would be cool if not all your heists were stealing from reputable locations. Would be interesting if you had to steal from Mafia-controlled docks, warehouses, and other locations. Could add an interesting dynamic if the "guards" were just as ruthless as your own crew. Not sure if elements like disguises and cutting phone line/power lines will come into play, but heist against the mob could make great use of stealth or aggressive guns-blazing robberies.
