Masks!
What kind of heist thriller is without masks? Add some balaclavas, clown masks (not referring to anything here), even president masks, Pointe Break style! I also think adding animal masks would do well, ever since the Horse heist I've been thinking of HM style masks

EDIT: Developers said it caused bug issues. Dpiperjr, a community member, decided to make a mod that enables masks

I would ask you to take a look about this:
C:...\The Masterplan\assets\spritesheets inventory.png

You can see: a Gaz Mask, a Hockey Mask, a Clown Mask and Pumpkin.
They used to be in halloween mode feature
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/games/313080/announcements/detail/242393516522167056
but were removed by time.

Here is what I suggested to devs.
GazMask: Shades, Peige, Stripes
Hockey: Specs, Bigfist, Leatherjacket
ClownMask: Secretary, Leathershoe, Suspenders
Pumpkin: Suitguy, Fro, Redcollar

They look seriously good, but I'm guessing that means no

No.. at least for now. During the development we did have some mask-involvement, but we didn't end up spending too much time on them as we ran into the following issues:
  • Graphically tricky: top-down 2D isn't exactly the best way to show off masks
  • UI: UI can already be cumbersome, adding a system for putting on/removing masks would make it even more so
  • Gameplay influence: partially due to the above, we never got too deep in designing the impact the masks would have, ie. what would they do.
To summarise, unlike a certain 3D fps, having cool collectible masks would probably not work too well as we cannot really show them off, which means they'd need to have a more critical impact on gameplay. This is not to say things can't change, but I just wanted to explain the background behind the very valid point of "why no masks?"

Could I suggest an outfit room for your gang? With the preset ones, of course. Like, I would love to make my entire gang with white suits, or Joey's skin

I am working on a mod that allows you to add masks to the goons, should be done in a few days.

I have a guide up, still working on it. Though, I do have a preview of some of the Goons with masks.

Trying to update the guide today with all the files needed and codes but steam is not wanting me to make this mod go public for some reason.
