For people looking for a work around: If you go into slow motion and issue move orders one at a time, you can watch the pathing lines. If they go directly through a wall instead of pathing through the doors then your character is likely to get stuck in the wall. It turns the game into a micromanagement hell, but the bug tends to only crop up on certain levels so you can at least strong arm your way past it.

My goons also keeping getting stuck, complete level need to be replayed. Thats the really frustrating reason beside the crashes of the game, what doesn't make it a perfect game.
