[BUG] No Guns?

When I click on the phone to order guns all i see is blank spaces. I can't progress the game without them.

(EDIT): Turns out i was supposed to get a Rusty Gun at the beginning? All I got was Money...

You can still progress. Do as I did, in the in minimart mission the store clerk has a shotgun behind the counter. If you go in through the window you can take it from him and equip it. Even without any ammo you can still stick people up with it long enough to melee them down. Rinse and repeat till you save up $3000. That is what the first gun costs. I think the plans for the PP7 are in the bar.
