I'm noticing some stuttering and dragging/lagging when scrolling the screen around.

Even on the Heist Map it's noticeable.

Just wondering if there's a way to improve this, or if some optimizations to th game can be or will be done in the future?

I've tried enabling/disabling vsync, as well as setting pre-rendered frames to 1-2 (haven't tried off yet, maybe I should)
