is it a notebook or desktop chip?
for intel cpus the integrated chip is too slow. i know, amd is better there but may be still too slow. we have to wait what the devs say. perhaps you can alter the settings through steam. for this referr to the pinned threads on the main masterplan forum. cheers :)
None of the above didn't help? Try running the game in windowed mode. When you get to the main menu, press ESC and then "Toggle Fullscreen". After going to windowed mode, press "New Game". Smaller window uses less resources and might help to get the game running.
Reducing graphics quality to reduce used video memory
Open the properties dialog for the game by right clicking the game's name in you game list. Click "SET LAUNCH OPTIONS". Try setting some or all of these launch options to reduce used graphics memory:
Example launch options[dl.dropboxusercontent.com]
Windowed mode
-window
Reduced rendering quality
-fboQuality=3
Reduced texture quality
-textureQuality=3
You can set one of those parameters or try some combinations. Setting all of these uses the least amount of video memory. You can even try reducing the quality parameters down from 3 but that is not recommended.
If these don't help, please contact support@sharkpunch.com and report your problem and we'll try to figure out a fix or a workaround. Thank you!
When contacting us, please tell us your computer specs and you can also try to see if the game has logged any errors (C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Roaming\Shark Punch\The Masterplan or if you are on a mac, /Users/YOUR USER NAME/Library/Application Support/The Masterplan/) and send those log files to us as well!
perhaps you have to contact the devs directly, as im not part of the team. good luck!
