Game is slow as hell when pressing continue
Yesterday I played The Masterplan a bit and everything was alright (couple of crashes that were annoying, but thats all). When I try to play again, on my base the game is slow as hell, like its taking all my 8Go of Ram to play just on my hideout.

Hello Alien!

Sorry to hear that. Does this happen every time, even after restarting the game and maybe your computer as well? If so, could you post or email (support@sharkpunch.com) your computer specs, and maybe include a screenshot of your hideout as well?

We're not aware of anything that should cause an issue like this, anything you can think of yourself? (Like 100000 pistols in a pile or something? :)

I thnk it was my RAM memory being faulty on this one, I just played the game and everything was working fine, until I had a null object crash as I had finished the impound heist...

Ouch, sorry to hear that. We're working on the null objects reference issues as we speak, and hope to find a solution soon. If you got any crash logs (C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Shark Punch\The Masterplan\logs\errors) please send those to us to support@sharkpunch.com.

Look this was a known problem in early access. It took me 2 or 3 hours of playtime to realised it existed. When you officially released the game, I started a new game, thinking it would be fixed, played 2 to 3 hours to get to the big heist only to see everything taken away from me.
Now, because I replayed again and again the big heist trying to get them finished, I have 10 hours on it which make it impossible for me to get steam to refund this because of their 2 hours limit, even if I explained to them that, in its current condition, the game in unfinishable.

Now here I am, wondering what am I supposed to do with a game that I can't play or I can't refund.

Think I could ask you to give me a refund?

We're pushing an update soon that will hopefully help with this issue.

Steam handles all refunds and we can't really help with that, but you can still apply for the refund, just explain your situation that you cannot finish the game on your computer and your game time is from trying to get past an issue.

If that doesn't help, let us know and we'll try to figure out something, so we don't leave you hanging :D

I already tried to explain them that I can't finish the game and that my playtime is because of replaying hour long heist from crashing, but because I have 10 hours on it, its automatically denied.
