Difference between this and regular Space Hulk?

Is it worth starting with this or finishing the campaign of the first game?

This with the Cold Corridors mod. Epic.

Skeleton Knight has Space Hulk Ascension

This one has more RPG systems, combat isn't dice-based as original, got better graphics and animations. Also campaign isn't related to the original.

It is defenetely worthy. Game is great and You will find out how to unlock unbuyable in nowdays DLC...just type how to get DLC in Your web broswer
