Completed 1st Ultramarine campaign
Any point in doing the others? I can only use the Smurfs as I didn't buy the DCL in time. Will it be just more of the same?

Without DLC, you have access to three chapters and 3 campaigns. Every chapter can play all campaigns, even switch between them at any time.

Campaigns and missions are different.

Some campaigns are much more difficult than others, so yea definitely worth replaying, especially on higher difficulties because those get BRUTAL.
