Reccuring level contests?

I think it would be great to have a reccuring level building contest (possibly monthly) and add the best ones in the next update. This would freshen up the levels while letting the team work on other things. To encourage players, there should be a reward for the best ones, like a large sum of coins or a free copy of the game to give to a friend

I mean, every month would be a huge hassle, because he’d have to:

Check each level every month, wasting time on developing the core mechanics to make the game more fun.
Come up with a good reward each time. Some rewards will be less enticing after a little while.
Go mentally insane.
