performance branch
okay to start with i get around 30 fps on and amd fx 2 quad core.with low settings on

poblems:
ticket machine needs a revamp to added total change required.
police/ambulances are excessive siren happy
traffic does not move fast or overtake when pull over on bus stop
needs a autocenter on camera when finish looking around.

don't seem to get any stutter at the moment, that good

the preformence brachs bug auto by use the start route and than first bus stop.

No use for ticket sell, needed to use the mouse menu to do it.
And after the stop is lagged like crazy, so undriveble.
