Mod Launcher is Broken

Half of my mods are just stuck as active, I cannot deactivate them, they have a generic image instead of the mod image, their status is stuck on downloading, but they will not download. Any help would be appreciated

%appdata% in windows search at the bottom of your screen
The Creative Assembly ----> Launcher -----> delete the entire folder
Run the game you want. It will rebuild the launcher from scratch
