The screen in question is on the surface straight north of the Tomb of the Eaters with the stairs down to the catacomb tunnel. I killed three Adiyy and each of them dropped 2-3 structural scanning bracelets. I've tried killing them on other screens but they don't drop any loot, as I would have expected.
