Bug: Wrong offhand %
My offhand chance is 0% even though i have multiweapon proficiency, and before learning it i had 15% offhand chance:

Do you have Single Weapon Fighting activated maybe?

oh so this is what's causing it? Thanks, that wasn't obvious, didn't even realize single weapon fighting was a toggle, i thought it was passively activated whenever you have a single weapon.
