Point of Using XML Pronoun Call Grammar when Modding?

Is there a point to using the recommended mod grammar in descriptions for pronouns (I.E =pronouns.personTerm= and other similar calls to the pronoun XML file). It seems like it would just be easier to directly write the pronouns in the description rather than writing out calls for each one. Is the gender of every entity randomly selected or something?

They can be, depending on the creature. Creatures inheriting from Animal have a random gender (male or female) by default.

There’s also the fun emergent effect when dominating a creature, since the description will now refer to “you”, “your”, etc.
