is it possible to make a mod that changes the way armour works?
i was thinking if it is possible to do stuff like being able to add diferent glove pairs on each hand or shoes,shoulders.

Everything is possible, but changing body parts and their logic is quite prone to errors imo. Vanilla even still has issues with e.g. Slog transformation with carapace.
