Getting Meta Data Back

Hi please help. I can not get my mods back after a pc restore. i saved my mods and meta data on a flash drive and put them back right where they were before. When I go to update my mod it just says would you like to upload and not would you like to Overwrite. All my mods and the community depend on this.

Have tried to complete one update?

I see this message too but when the upload is completed = I see the right message and item popup to verify.

I made a test mod and used the meta data from that and still new upload. I opened my steam version of the mod and took meta data and still uploaded as a new mod. Yes hacking comfirmed hehe. But seriously their has to be a solution for a pc reset and meta data. I can on my other game just type my steam id in the mod and it updates. I have already tried.

i got some help from ablindman some of my sbmi didnt transfer into my flash drive. i didnt realize that was needed also. Thanks though Dan I appreciate you trying.
