Game isn't working

Hey (out)there!
I have got a game breaking problem. In main menu everything is working, but when I am starting new game(it doesn't matter if its quick or new on easy or hard difficulty) my mouse is not working. Only things that do anything are arrow keys and "S" and "D".

same here.

In addition to above, I also had an issue where the height of the screen was changed to 0 in the registry. After I manually set the value to a valid number, I was able to view the game screens again.

A lot of people are having this problem, as far as we can tell, if you have a touchscreen it disables your mouse past the main menu. Haven't seen any devs say anything yet.
