I just had a round where I got warped into an area where I was stuck within 3 systems, because I could not reach the other nodes. I could have advanced with the little firefly ship, but I dismantled its folder and engine for iron. I had iron and silicon to rebuild the stuff.....but the game wont let me. This is a very frustrating detail and has annoyed me more than once. I wish for the option to build on an occupied slot while I a) fully use up the resource that is in the way or b) jettison the leftover resource.

Anyone else feel the same or am I alone in this?

Also, while starting a new game: Why can't I use up resources while drilling / probing? This is bugging me in almost every playthorugh!!! I try to play around it but sometimes, it's just very very annoying.....blegh!
