Yeah, AFAIR keyboard input is never mandatory (in fact keyboard shortcuts are largely broken in the current build) and no parts of the game are real-time, so yeah, in my opinion should be suitable.
It also has a mobile version which can be played with just 1 finger, controls are almost the same.

I play it on a small Win10 PC Tablet, and the game is one of my few games that is 100% playable with touch controls only !! (so yes, I confirm mouse only too if you prefer) :-)

You can use either touch-screen or mouse.
problem is you can't change which you use in-game. if you want to use mouse controls you have to disable the touch-screen in the device manager, which is not ideal (in fact, should really have been noticed and fixed a LONG time before release).

shouldn't be a problem since I want to play it on my laptop which doesn't have a touchscreen.
