Can I get iron without drilling?
My drill broke. I need iron to fix it. I don't have it.

I have nothing I can dismantle for iron.

I have plenty of fuel, but starting to dwindle on air.

My hopes are starting to look for miracles; like hoping I run into an abandoned ship with iron on it.

Is there a better way?

Have you tried to repair it with Omega? I'm not quite sure, but I think it is possible.
(If you have none, look for aliens on the planets with atmosphere and hope they give you some).
