Why I'm not dropping steam cards?

2 hours in game, already finished almost twice, still not getting a single steam trading card...

If you have refunded games before, Steam doesn't like giving you cards until after 2 hours played.

Also, playing multiple games for cards at the same time doesn't work.

I didn't refund this game, also never been playing only for cards.

The refund condition applies to other games. (If you refunded this game you wouldn't be able to get any cards anyway.) Basically, if you have never gotten a refund, you get cards before 2 hours, but if you have, then you get cards after two hours.

This is what I've heard.
