Basically when an enemy is ragdolled you can pick them up by pressing lets say T. When you pick up an enemy you will grab them from the chest, then you can toss them around or smash their head into the wall.

Pressing T again would throw the enemy infront of you. when
you throw them it can ragdoll other enemies but not as much as kicking someone into a crowd of enemies would and you are not able to grab bosses so not the biker boss or the katana boss are ungrabbable.

Since its kinda similar to a kick, it would drain half your stamina bar for grabbing someone but you would regenerate it even if your holding someone and you would be a tiny bit slowed down. Thats all I have to say tell me some things that you would change and if you agree with me or not to begin with. :)
