Possibly guts spewing out when you cut someone's mid section out, exposed lungs/heart? Like the intestines hanging out and said npc clenching their stomachs while stumbling toward the player, an eyeball hanging out and possibly covering their gutted eye socket with a hand, add some physics to the intestines enabling enemies to trip over it, sometimes they
various dying stages and animations on enemies when they're hit hard, like stumbling backwards and falling on their back, tripping over people who fell over.

more melee moves as well, like drop kicks, and swings give more damage, but break weapons easier, and instead of dropping a weapon after it snaps in half, why not add different stages of breakage from weapons just like how the bottle can be turned into a shank.
