The player count is still rather on the small end, so might not be many doing public sessions.

There are over 250 players, but the main problem is that the game only looks for servers in your region, not worldwide.

i just play alone or with my friends °3° i dont play with randoms normaly

it picks any region, but the closest to you (so you don't have a high ping)
The servers that are already started / full won't show up either. I could make them show up.. but it will just add noise

I think you should give players the option to choose which region they want to look for servers. Especially since not many people know this game

was playing for one full hour and left the room up for about 20 mins and not one person so far join me T^T its hard going solo

Kinda stated already, but I think most people are playing with their friends rather than in public lobbies
