bug labo

I am stuck on this mission, I give him the book, he gives me the improvement and the syringe, I abut the zombie and take the virucide, but the syringe is full, what is this bug, forced to stop playing?

This is a known bug. It is rare but it happens. Unfortunately they never fixed this. There is also a bug with one of the last missions (related to the Mr.Prepper's generator). Good game but full of bugs. That's Ubisoft for you.

If you can't progress you could try something. Leave the labs (if you can. I can't remember if the doors are closed or not) and let one zombie grab you and use the virucide. Then go back to the lab use the syringe on that zombie in the lab (after you kill him). If not, I am afraid you must start a new game

PD: you could even use the zombie in the lab to grab you and use the virucide and then use the syringe on the same zombie for extract the virus. I really don't know if the virucide works against zombies that already have it.
