Crash on Startup

Everytime I start the game up I get this screen and nothing happens, I would like to know what I need to do to fix this and get past it. Any help will be appreciated, Thanks :) Picture

I´m not the games creator but I maybe know a fix.

Right click the game in your steam library. Go to local cache (or however tis called in english).
Then check if anything got messed up.
