To me, i'm used to it and can work with it just fine but so far no one has really stepped up and decided to spend the significant amount of time it takes to get a good creation going :-/
Need at least a proper tutorial on the level editor, or something. Not sure what I am looking at lol.
edit, guide here:

When i first started early access i thought the level editor would be my most worked on item but with the extremely limited interest i'm seeing from players for it, i've put all my time on other tasks instead. I think this was a good idea since the custom images turned out the be insanely popular due to the low amount of work required from players.
Youtube tutorial might be a better solution to teach the level editor, though at this point i'm seeing that as a very low priority compared to other ideas i'd like to work on instead. I'll very possibly give up on improving the level editor if nothing comes out of it from players.
If you are interested in building a full level, add me to friends and we can have a skype session where i answer your questions and show you a bit how i work around in the editor. Be warned though that building a full sized level with decent visual quality will take atleast 20-50 hours.
I see the leaks in the editor, has not happened im game yet to me luckily.
I wonder if the level editor is a b it too intense for average joe to master. Maybe that is why its not as popular, that and 20-50 hours for a level is a lot.
I cant find in the guide how to even load your custom level in the game itself.
Maybe randomly generated levels could be pretty awesome too. Just throwing some stuff out there.
Edit, I could also add that lvls may not take so long if they were a little easier lol. I have died 5x as much in this game as Dark Souls 1-3 combined...
Hi,
It is possible to share custom levels but because no one has shared any good levels yet, the mechanism to share them is a bit obscure. In the level editor, you will notice there are 2 buttons to load levels. One of them has an internet planet inside the folder.
This will allow you to see every level currently shared on workshop. Currently, half of those are posted by us as a test of the system back in pre-launch. Only 2 levels have not been produced by us, the one named this is a title and eggsmoo`s.
PS : The great escape was a pretty nice level we were working on but have not completed.
If you built a level, once it is fully finalized, you can share it online by using the "Publish" button and filling in the required fields.
