1. This is on our todo list
2. There's no plans for having fully configurable controls. Maybe we can make it so any key except Start can be used to fly. There's also 3rd party tools to reconfigure controller keys though i haven't tried any myself
3. Yes it would be cool though the amount of work to get it done would be too high :-/ It would mean ditching the steam multiplayer API for multiplayer and/or supporting split screen, both of which don't seem very feasible at this point.
Thank you for your reply. I understood that it would be a very tough work. It is just a silly idea from me. I have another crazy idea. I like playing battleblock theater a lot. They have a system like they will choose the best map created by the players every week/month. After others finished the map, they will get a special character. It makes the the game last longer and more players are willing to make the map and particpated in the game. I wasted a lot of time on it.
but I think uncraft world is good enough now :) Cheers !
thanks for the suggestions.
I planned to add planets for each quality user submitted levels but there is no interest from anyone to build anything beyond little test levels so i've given up on the idea. It's a bummer because i spent so much time polishing the level editor :-/ (even though since last patch there's a few major bugs, but since no one is serious about using it i could just aswell remove it from the game)
As far as i know about the workshop API (and i'm no "expert" with it), the current setup is the only way i can download just the planet preview without the entire image. This preview being small makes it feasible to quickly download 50 or so planet images for the player to select one without too much bandwidth being involved.
Ok, it's just that I'd like a bigger preview (see the whole image) of the workshop image to better decide if I want it or not
