I've updated the game to improve the multiplayer experience.

-It is now possible to join a campaign during gameplay ! It used to be that only games in the world selection screen could be joined.

-When making a public or friends only game, you now need to set a name for your game. When doing Join Campaign, you will now be able to see a button per game lobby with it's name shown. This should make it easier to see if there are available games or not

-Added a chatbox in the world select screen. The chatbox can also be shown during gameplay by pressing T or Enter

The patch also contains a few fixes :
-Made the candy land level slightly easier
-The cavern waterfall level is now toward the end of the game. That level was way too hard for where it was placed !
-a few other random fixes
