Yes. It's probably not super active so far but there's a button to publish levels on workshop from the level editor. For now, subscribing has to be done from the game's workshop page. then in the level editor there's a button to load subscribed item. We are hoping to integrate a way to load workshop levels without opening the editor later on, though have more important short terms goals like adding multiplayer chat, trading cards and achievements
