Surgery map
I saw that they added an achievement about it but it. Can we get it even on deathmatch or does it need to be a specific mode?

Read the achievement requirements. Some maps have different versions based on the specific gamemode (for example: There's a "Coltec - arena" and a "Coltec - objective", both are different maps and have different achievement rewards). The surgery achievement can only be unlocked in "Surgery - arena".

I know about the objectives and arenas. I was just wondering if it was possible to get it on deathmatch as well.

Ok i see thank you both. Too bad no one plays this map i had no idea this map had arena to be honest.

That´s true. My last map achievement is surgery arena - and other players leave after the 1. or 2. round. And even with 4 players it´s a tough map.
I fear I´ll never get this cheevo, stuck at 99%... :((
