My computer has problems with your games. Help me!
For technical support refer to our support site which is kept up-to-date with the latest or recent known issues, solutions and workarounds.

Some known issues have a workaround or have been solved already, so please use either this forum or our official forum ( forum.daedalic.de ) as a source of information.
Also, there are many experienced players that have played our games and can help out with certain issues.

Well, yes, there are things that are invaluable to know:
Your operating system.
A brief description of the issue.
Where you purchased the game.

Some files which we usually need at some point in the support process:
A dxdiag file (Windows)
To generate this, please press the Windows + R key simultaneously, then enter "dxdiag" and click on "Save all information" in the following window.

aspire 5750g (630m) - "The active graphics adapter is not supported (invalid feature level). This game requires a directx 11 compatible graphics card"

Hi General Zalypa,
please try the following: Install the newest driver for the integrated Nvidia GT630 M, this is a DirectX 11 compatible graphic card. Make sure, that you have the Nvidia card activated as main graphic card in you notebook, when you start the game.

Hi, there is a new driver 373.06-notebook-win10-64bit-international-whql. To run the application with a graphics card nvidia - does not help.
Weird, didn't do anything, only a couple of times rebooted PC, now the game runs

Hi johnniec, many notebooks come with multiple graphics cards these days. Please make sure Crazy Machines 3 is configured to run on your Nvidia card in the Nvidia Control Panel.

Once I open the game, it prompts me that cm3.exe has stopped working.

@新手不会咋办: This sounds like something is missing or it might be a rights issue. Did you install the game over Steam?

I dont know if this is intendet or not but it feels weard just take a look at the laser its passing right through the other mirror i already figgured out a way to buypass this but it seems kind of broken to me

If you don't list your HW/SW config at least, these kind of "reports" won't be helpful.
No crash/freeze issue here.
