Tone down exile domes
I don't know how anyone else feels about them but me personally? I think they're way too strong for their own good. You basically have to throw away ALL your creator points on one dome so you better hope you don't need those points for anything else.

That or you kill the exiles before they can become a problem, but what if they never do? You basically have to take a massive risk and hope for the best else your creator points are gone.

Stop annoying them. Let your nuggets trade with them when they propose a trade. Don't build next to their land. Build guard towers at the edges of your town in their direction, and use the science points to make sure they are well-equipped.

In three playthroughs I got a couple of meteor attacks from exile. They sent trouble-makers to talk to my people but I picked them up and put them far away on the other side of a big lake. That was it. No serious attacks. I never needed troops or tanks.

Not the point?

Those domes can take multiple meteors and lightning strikes to break through. I let my nuggets make their own choices and they decided not to trade and therefore piss off the exiles.

Then they sent their demon god to ♥♥♥♥ up my nuggets and I couldn't do ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for them.

Spend 25 points to lightning strike one before they can build vs all my points and then some just to give my nuggets a fighting chance. At that point the choice seems obvious. All because I could do nothing to stop the heretics from summoning their demonic nature spirit.

I mean, what do the exiles do for me and my nuggets anyways except be a potential and unnecessary risk to begin with? So far as I can tell, the only reason to let exiles live in the first place is because you want to. Not because it provides any real advantages.

If a part of their buildings stick out from the dome, set it on fire. it slowly spreads to buildings inside the dome. Send in the bombers, they go straight through dome and reek havoc. I dealt with a dome once, then never again after I used these tricks.

I recently found that If you use the alchemist to make fire potions, you can "toss" them into the dome, or drop them from above, and if you hit the main temple then it'll bring down the dome when it collapses. I believe i've wiped them all out permanently as no more seem to be spawning now. Which kinda makes my airport and wonders useless.

Otherwise two meteor strikes also crack the shield i believe.
