For common issues like installing the game, running the game and all the other stuff that is more of a technical issue and not a bug, we ask that you visit the Crytivo Store Knowledge base[support.crytivo.com]. Here you can search for known issues and submit support tickets to our Help Desk.

You can also ask for help in our Discord server in the #help-center channel. This channel is mostly player to player help, but our support staff will assist you as well.

Submitting bug reports are a big help to the development of The Universim and we want to make sure that we see all of the in game problems that you are having.

You can submit bugs on our discord server in the #bug-report room, or you can email bug reports to support@crytivo.com

You may also submit a bug report here on steam. However, steam makes it difficult to post screenshots, save files, error logs, etc. So support, in the steam bugs/issues forum, is limited. Without screenshots, save files, and/or error logs, it can be difficult for the developers to reproduce and fix your bug. This is why discord and email is the preferred way to send bug reports.

When submitting a bug report via discord or email, please include a screenshot of the bug/issue if possible as that really helps the developers. Also list any steps to recreate, or what you were doing, when the bug happened. If a developer or support staff needs save file(s) from you, they will contact you directly.

If you are having crash/performance issues, also please list your CPU, GPU, RAM, and your operating system

Technical Support is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm Pacific USA time (approximately GMT-8) on discord, email, and through our Support Ticket System. Any requests received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

You may also seek player to player help on steam, or our discord server, 24/7.
