Hey there....I've just noticed with the new update on a halloween planet, none of my reservoirs are filling up past 10. The drinking slots can be full or not completely and still, it only sits at 10. Most of them say that there is nothing going into the reservoirs over a ten minute period or even when it says that there is 5,7, 9 or more going in, they never fill up more than 10/30. I've got six pumps and about 9 reservoirs and about 95 people and I cannot build up water supplies to get me through winter.

Bump, bug is still present.
I have Nuggets going to the reservoir, with empty water (them) and full water (reservoir), and standing there until they die of thirst.
There are also issues with auto-assign, it's literally broken on my save file.

Chances are the well side (right side) of the reservoir is empty or overloaded. They can't drink from the left side.

Blue slots = full and available for ONE nugget per blue slot
Red = A nugget is using that slot, or it's reserved for a nugget walking to it
Black = Empty

Plus, nuggets will only go so far to a reservoir, or restaurant, to drink. After that, they head for the nearest lake.

Even a massive side reservoir, in the modern or space age, can only handle about 20-25 nuggets, and those blue slots take time to fill.

Also, if the left side is empty, the blue slots on the right side will not fill.

Unfortunately, there's nothing in the game that explains any of this :(

Sorry to jump back onto this, I'm just now seeing this. Thanks for the response, Dave, but actually they were all lined up at the correct side of the reservoir, standing in line, and the reservoir was full (with all the "ticks" blue, none red or black) - I can understand how it's easy to miss these details, so I appreciate that input.

Honestly, the game is just too flawed with bugs. I came back to try it again, a few months after I did originally, and I literally watched a building - no notification - collapse in front of my eyes, right next to an engineering building, and both of those nuggets were "doing nothing". The "kickstart" on both of them did not change anything.

The game is riddled with bugs, and developers are pushing "new" content rather than fixing existing problems. I've seen these forums laden with complaints from people. It's really discouraging.

Anyway, thank you again for responding. I'll be uninstalling this game and never looking back. This is a trainwreck.

Here is a screenshot of one of them blatantly ignoring a reservoir with plenty of slots left. Only to instead drink from the lake behind it.

I missed this before creating my own post.
Not sure if this is the same issue though, because after a while they stopped doing it.
Very warm temperature at the moment (I realized this after typing up my post) but def a TON of water all around the map in reservoirs.

There is still something fishy going on with the water consumption.

They really are. On one world I've got 10 reservoirs around the place, but they still go for the poisoned lake on the far side of the city
