Ignoring Priority Projects

I don't know why but for some reason my nuggets are ignoring my priority constructions for others. I wanted to build another gas mine and stone mine since my gas mine is halfway gone and my stone mine is depleted, but instead they're upgrading other buildings I have not prioritized like reservoirs, fishing piers, the rehabilitation center and others. My nuggets are happy fully and they're numbers are increasing, so I don't know why they're not working on priority constructions.

By the way, I am in the space age, have researched everything I can and have not colonized a single planet yet, if that helps.

P.S. Also if it helps I have infinite god energy and the biggest planet possible selected when I started this save.

I've noticed this too.

Just a guess, I think that all my nuggets and resources are allocated to one project as soon as I place the building.

Maybe priority only makes it so once the nuggets are fully done with whatever they've sneakily and silently been assigned to building do they switch projects, probably to one with priority first if available. This makes me wait ages though, so not sure if it actually works at all.
