Rotating whilst snapping seems to trigger the button press event on both press down AND on release key.

So when I try rotating a building whilst snapping it to a road, it is extremely difficult to align because it might align whilst held down, but on release it will overshoot. Sometimes its the former but releasing will end up overshooting anyway
