I found what I think is a bug, though it's likely more a leftover from the old two-tier education system. If you have schools and universities, and you tear down all your schools, you end up in a situation where you have no educated nuggets to staff your universities, which means eventually you have no educated nuggets.

Since the university replaces the school, there's no way to build new schools. Sure would be nice if that got fixed; I know it's a bit of my own ignorance that caused the situation, but it still isn't a situation that should be able to exist. Either allow the school to remain alongside the university as an available building, or allow the university to be staffed by uneducated nuggets.
