That said, I recreated that udev rules file just
now, rebooted, tested controller input locally (fine), and then retested the Steam Link 360 input. Still does not work.

I'm going to test with the userspace xboxdrv now and see if that makes a

I have the same issue with mouse, keyboard and Steam Controller connected to my Steam Link. They just lose all input in the same situation and I can only move the mouse cursor.

Moreover, disabling UAC is not a good solution due to security reasons.
I think granting Admin rights to Steam Link user in UAC could possibly solve this issue. But I
