I was able to reproduce the error with Victor Vran.
Right Now I am making a new version for the Software.
I believe the error is because the SteamLink convert the Inputs into a
Xbox360 for the PC.
So, My new idea is to emulate a Classic Logitech GamePad. I will need a couple of weeks. (It is easy, but take time)

That's most likely an issue with the TV itself, that how it uses the drivers. Anyway, it is best to use the controller with
the PC instead of the TV, that way you also keep the controller delay at minimum. If you use it thru TV, it essentially has double delay: input signal going from TV to PC and then coming back.
