can't get local coop working, as it doesn't recognise my wireless 360 controller as a separate input.

on the TV over Steam Link. Fallout 4 recognizes controller input so this may be an Origin issue. The only thing that changed since when we played last night (as far as I know) was updating Razer

Okay, just ran into my first MAJOR issue with Steam Link. Really hoping someone can help...

Setting the Pi desktop to run at 1080@60Hz has resolved the issue of the FPS and improved the input lag from the controller but there is still too much input lag. It feels like maybe 250ms of lag
which doesn't happen when running through the Samsung TV app.

Edit: Setting the TV to game mode has removed the input lag, for reference the TV is a 55NU8000.

I've just set up Steam Link on my x86 Linux machine (Arch) and it loads up just fine but no button presses on my controllers are recognized.

I tried both an Xbox 360 Wired Controller and an
Xbox One Wireless Controller (plugged in via USB).

I got past the initial setup by plugging in a keyboard and using that to connect Steam Link to my home PC with Steam on it.

I am trying to use a Wii U Pro Controller as a second player input in various games using the Steam Link. My main controller is a wired 360 controller.

Rocket League works with the Wii U controller
just fine - I have had no issues so far.

In Portal 2, the game recognizes the Wii U controller, as it responds to me pressing "X" to have local co-op, but once inside the game, only the sticks on this

The issue we are discussing here is that I (we?) don't want the link to turn on my tv and/or auto-swithes it to hdmi input, even when I plug a joypad or turn on the steam controller.

TLDR: Switch Pro Controller has left analog issues with FF14. Cannot confirm if this is a Steam Link problem or a FF14 problem as I am unable to use my Pro Controller with my PC Directly (Lack of
mine is in the office so really I just use the Steam Link to chill on the couch and play once in a while, mostly when we are both playing. Combine this with the issue of us only having one ps4 controller

and 0 input. Unplugged the wired controller to the source PC, still 0 input.

Used the wired controller on the steam link itself? same issue. I've checked the settings and input streaming is enabled
issues. Just a week or two ago I used my Xbox 360 (wireless) with dongle plugged into steam link and had 0 issues. Turned on, controlled steam link menus, and worked on big picture mode where the content

This might come a bit late, but I had the same issue with my 360 controller, I fixed it by searching for the virtual controllers, the steam link uses to simulate, that the controllers are connected
to the pc, in the device-manager. For me they showed up as an usb-input device, and I just installed the Xbox Wireless Controller Driver to it. Maybe you can do something similar with your ps4
