The issue really comes from samsung tv's lack of support for any sort of input methods. As I mentioned previously, I also see the same behavior on as bluetooth controler and ps4 controller. as far as
I understand, this is not a steam link issue but a samsung tv issue. As far as keyboard/mouse usage, it apears that samsung tvs are not designed to recieve input signals from 2 sperate usb ports

using it for the latter. Using desktop streaming to just grab your normal browser should resolve the fullscreen issue.

The design intent of the BIg Picture Mode browser is to quickly look up information in game while using a controller, not extended regular browsing sessions. It kind of falls flat in a few ways

I've had issues with the PS2 controller via steam link, but it works completly fine locally on the PC with the latest steam beta.

I'm still getting the same lagging no matter what. When I look at the graphs the dark blue line remains pretty flat and consistent so I presume there isn't much issue with the computers performance
