But they're both tadpoles in an E rated game about a tadpole going through extremly dangerous places that a real tadpole wouldn't survive in I don't think that really matters because this is clearly a piece of fiction where bubbles are money for a bullfrog and robots with AI infect water and attempt to kill a tadpole but fail at killing a tadpole despite having a razor blade, fire and electricity, therefore I'm pretty sure that 2 tadpoles even those that are a different species of frog can fall in love because this game clearly uses very little real world logic (but that's a good thing)
