How alter technology research rate?
I wanted to start a game and play about with the speed of technological discoveries as I've seen a number of posts talk about but didn't know how to do so. There doesn't seem to be an option in the custom game so wondered what file people are altering to change the speed of discoveries?

Oh wow! You can alter the technology rate during the game as well! Very cool. Never seen that in a game before! :)

Also, if you use your generals and move them to "Encounter Opportunity" ...sometimes you can pay coins to boost research.
