Unable to construct buildings
Is there a limit to the number of buildings you can have in a settlement? Current issue is in one city of population 165+ I am unable to build either a weaving shed or an artillery camp. Note says these buildings are larger than the ones they would replace - but these are the first buildings of their type and won't replace anything.

Yes, there's a limit to the number of buildings. The line of building silhouettes above the building queue fills up as you build more. When it's all yellow you have no more space.
