Greetings, I was enjoying the game greatly bug free until I tried Custom Game. No matter what settings or faction, the game seemingly softlocks after 2-3 turns specifically in Custom Game Mode. The turn ends, fades to black, then sits there sometimes with a spinning blue wheel.

I have attempted the following solutions to previous similar issues:
- Turned off Wifi
- Put Steam into Offline Mode
- Turned off Steam Overlay
- Gone into windowed mode
- Turned off grass
- Put the game into compatibility mode

I should note other unusual factors:
- I am on Windows 11
- I am running on a Dell XPS Laptop
- I have the game installed on an SSD
- I am using a Nvidia Graphics Card with the most updated drivers

UPDATE: I have found an error log, and it's an IO error. I'll catalog it here, but I imagine an easy solution is to not have it on an SSD. I have had issues with this previously
