Fps drops from 140 to 30-40 on second round for the rest of the game(ФПС падает во время игры)

Fps drops from 140 to 30-40 on second round until the end of the game. Everyone had this problem?
FPS drops in the second round from 140 to 30-40, during the choice of the opera 144, after again 30-40. And it is after the second round that it begins

Падает фпс во втором раунде со 140 до 30-40, во время выбора оперы 144, после снова 30-40. И именно после второго раунда начинается

was happening to me aswell, make sure ur in the LOBBY and not in game and set any graphics settings you have on high to low. But make sure to keep shadows on medium and LOD on high

Падает фпс во втором раунде со 140 до 30-40, во время выбора оперы 144, после снова 30-40. И именно после второго раунда начинается

for me, since they added directx 12 (renderer) I am stuttering and lagging so much i cant play the game or even reach the lobby without crashing a bunch of times and all my settings are on low!!!

i delete and download game twice, clear cache from directx, also put all settings to low, thats dont help me as such.
No matter I play on high or low graphics settings, it's always 30-40 fps on the second round and for the rest of the game. Although when selecting an operative and in the lobby everything comes back to normal

Дело как будто именно в смене раунда, а не во всяких настройках графики, я запускаю тренировку с мишенями, и там fps как и был раньше (так как там всего 1 большой раунд), а если требования к игре действительно значительно поднялись то так быть не должно. А при смене раунда fps намертво проседает в любом режиме.

devs probably forced a frame limiter in to make it fair for players with cheap PC's.

Wouldn't surprise me after all the ♥♥♥♥ decisions they have made with this game.
