So Ive had this same issue for about a year now, my account is 12 years old and my old uplay email is still connected to it, Ive ran through and tried to change the email several times and have no luck going through ubisoft support. they keep telling me they are sending me a code to the email registered under the account for me to yet again not have any access. Ive tried multiple times all through different lengths with ubisofts automated support system only to have the same cycle repeat over and over. Ive even provided screenshots with prof of ownership and they wont let me do anything. Now im forced to sit with an account that cant even play ranked matches with my friends. Ive also tried to just make a new account but I didnt feel like starting over when I am over level 100 and have multiple skins on the account, could i get some help?
